① Small power structure:

Single-phase 0.5KVA ~ 10KVA regulator for a unit structure, regulator toroidal coil surface grinding and polishing treatment, with a certain width of the plane smooth as a mirror with a good brush contact conductive, under spring pressure and coil polished surface in close contact with the turn of the handwheel to drive the brush in the coil polished surface sliding to change the coil turns value to achieve the purpose of regulating voltage.

②High power structure:

Single-phase / three-phase high-capacity regulator is a unit of several coils of the same specifications superimposed assembly, the unit's brushes are assembled in the same spindle, each coil input connected in parallel, the output through the reactor connected in parallel in order to equalize the balance of current between the units. The regulator is a continuous adjustable turns ratio autotransformer, when the handwheel rotates the spindle to drive the brush and the coil polished plane sliding to change the coil turns value to achieve the purpose of regulating the voltage.

Installation Use and Maintenance：

1. Single-phase regulator wiring: input terminals are A, X; input terminals are a, x ;

2. three-phase regulator wiring: input terminals for A, B, C; input terminals for a, b, c; zero line O or N;

3. Parallel connection is not allowed;

4. The input voltage value of this machine shall not exceed 5% of the rated input voltage to avoid burning the machine (also affects the accuracy of the output voltage);

5. When the machine is not in use, the output voltage should be adjusted to 0V, and cut off the input power;
